Clienttracker is an online ‘Account Management’ tool that you can use to manage your permanent recruitment with the MPC Recruitment Group. The system allows you to monitor, perform and request a number of tasks related to your company’s recruitment process. Each client is assigned a target, which if they meet, qualifies the company for rebates over the same time period, on all permanent placements>


 You will be able to:

• See the status of your orders in real-time on the MPC StaffMatch system

• View your rebate targets and deficits

• See how your recruitment is progressing throughout your rebate period

• See how rebates will affect your future orders


Client tracker will allow you to do the following:

1.    Update your contact details (personal and professional)

2.    Account Management Tools:

 

Load a New Order

The order is sent directly to your MPC Consultant who will contact you for more information.

 

View Active Orders

You are able to view the value of your orders (as well as all orders within your company). You can also view candidates who have been referred to you.

               View Placement History

·      This allows you to view previous orders that you have placed with MPC.

·      You are also able to view your recruitment target as well as your rebate status inc. rebate periods; period targets; deficits etc.

·      View various statistics related to the recruitment process

·      Online recruitment order management, including candidate interview scheduling

·      View Terms and Conditions

The Clienttracker system is a customized system and will be tailored to meet Client requests and will continuously evolve through the partnerships with our Clients. Your Consultant will keep you updated on any changes or updates.

Each Client Company receives a Client ID number. Each individual user within the Client Company will receive a card with their personal Clienttracker ID number, to be used in conjunction with the Client Company ID.

1.    This brochure contains your Clienttracker card, with a unique number that you can use to log into Clienttracker, through the MPC website www.mpc.co.za.

2.    You will need to enter your company’s login number (provided underneath your Clienttracker card), in conjunction with the unique CT ID number on your own card, to login successfully.

3.    Once you have logged in, you may choose to update your contact details, or enter the Account Management program.

4.    In order to qualify for a rebate you will need to reach the target set for that rebate period. You can view information pertaining to this in “Placement History”.

5.    A projected annual spend and the target will be determined in conjunction with the client.

6.    Clients will be rewarded on a sliding scale for their increased loyalty/spend with the MPC Recruitment Group.

What if I move to another company?

You will need to make your Consultant aware that you have left. Your Consultant will then update your account so that you may load your new company’s details. In this way, the company that you have moved to may begin qualifying for rebates on placements made with MPC.

You will retain your unique Clienttracker ID and chosen password, but your new company will need to be allocated a different Client ID number.
