Clienttracker is an online ‘Account Management’ tool that you can use to manage your recruitment placements with MPC. The system allows you to monitor, perform and request a number of tasks related to your company’s recruitment.


Clients who place over 15 of our candidates in one 12 month period will qualify for a rebate, based on the total figure spent.



Client tracker will allow you to do the following:

-          Update your contact details (personal and professional)

-          Account Management Tools:

o   Log placements (in order to qualify for rebates)

o   Load a new order (which is sent directly to your consultant to start working on)

o   View Active orders

o   View Placement history

o   View Terms and Conditions

The Clienttracker system is developing on a weekly basis and in the next few months there will be a host of new features that it is able to offer you. Your consultant will keep you updated on any changes or updates.


 

1.       This brochure contains you Clienttracker card, with a unique number that you can use to log into Clienttracker, through the MPC website www.mpc.co.za, as well as your password.

2.       Once you have logged in, you may choose to update your contact details, or enter the Account Management program.

3.       In order to qualify for a rebate after a 12 month period, you will need to continually update the placements you make through MPC.
